PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening method using a greening sheet capable of long-term growing and easy installation of a short-leaf plant having an excellent weed-proof effect, a resistance to breakage and corrosion, an effect of conserving and promoting a landscape of local community, and a property of not disturbing traffic visual fields.SOLUTION: A weed-proof sheet with seeds used by a greening method comprises a weed-proof sheet including: a black color nonwoven fabric disabling passage of buds of plants and having water holding ability a black color plastic sheet disabling passage of water and roots and a black color nonwoven fabric having a water repellency and a root-proof property, these fabrics and sheet being piled in this order and integrally thermobonded into a single sheet, and the weed-proof sheet having countless open holes formed. The weed-proof sheet with seeds further comprises a black raschel net sheet of a mesh size of 2 mm laid under the weed-proof sheet, and a water-soluble seed sheet with seeds and fertilizer attached on the sheet itself, under the raschel net sheet, the sheets and the weed-proof sheet being integrally thermobonded into the weed-proof sheet with seeds.
