PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening sheet using weeds to be incinerated.SOLUTION: A grass composite greening sheet 1 comprises in order from the bottom layer: a water-soluble seed sheet 2 mixed with chemical fertilizer, a polyester short fiber nonwoven fabric 3 which is lightweight and not easily damaged or corroded for holding weed stems and leaves thereon, excellent in water permeability allowing plant shoots to pass therethrough while preventing the passage of weed seeds the weed stems and leaves 4 spread at a thickness of several millimeters, the weed stems and leaves being dry and cut to a length of several centimeters a lattice Raschel net 5 for pressing and protecting the stems and leaves of the weeds.
