The present invention relates to a method for producing tolerant dendritic cells (tolDC) having a specific antigen, the method comprising: (a) using the cytokines IL-4 and GM-CSF in a medium free of animal serum. Culturing cell precursors to differentiate into dendritic cells； (b) producing apoptotic cells； (c) dendritic cells obtained in step (b) having anti-inflammatory activity A step of culturing in the presence of the compound； and (d) a dendritic cell obtained from step (d) to stimulate the endocytosis of apoptotic cells by the dendritic cell, and obtained from step (c). Co-culturing with apoptotic cells and (e) determining production of tolerant dendritic cells (tolDC) having specific antigens by identification based on phenotypic evaluation.
