1. A method for conjugating an antigen comprising the steps of a) activating an antigen to produce an activated antigen; b) reacting an activated antigen and a carrier protein to obtain an imine group that binds the activated antigen to the carrier protein; c) reduction of an imine group using a reducing agent including a triacetoxyborohydride component to produce a conjugated antigen; or a) activation of an antigen to obtain an activated antigen; b ′) reaction of an activated antigen and a linker to obtain an imine group linking the activated antigen to the linker; c ′) reducing the imine group using a reducing agent, including the triacetoxyborohydride component, to obtain a linker antigen; and d) reaction of a linker antigen with a carrier protein to produce a conjugated antigen; where the antigen is derived from Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria meningitidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus faecalis, Salmonella Vi or Staphylococcus epidermidis, where the antigen is a bacterial capsular saccharide and where stage a) includes an antigen reaction. The method according to claim 1, wherein the reducing agent does not contain a cyanoborohydride component. The method according to any one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the antigen is a bacterial saccharide derived from S. pneumoniae, H. influenzae, N. meningitidis, S. aureus, E.faecalis, E.faecium, Salmonella Vi, or S.epidermidis. . The method according to claim 3, where the antigen is a bacterial capsular saccharide from S. pneumoniae serotype selected from the group consisting of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6A, 6B, 7F, 8, 9N, 9V, 10A, 11A, 12F, 14, 15B, 17F, 18C, 19A, 19F, 20, 22F, 23F and 33F. 5. The method of claim 4, wherein the bacterial capsular saccharide is S.pneum capsular saccharide1. Способ конъюгации антигена, включающий стадииa) активации антигена для получения активированного антигена;b) реакции активированного антигена и белка-носителя для получения иминовой группы, свя
