<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good-quality cell culture free from impurities derived from production process and causing the disturbance in the clinical application； and to provide a method for producing the cell culture. <；P>；SOLUTION: The method for producing the sheet-shaped cell culture includes (i) a step for seeding cells on a culture substrate covered with serum, and (ii) a step for forming the sheet-shaped cell culture by culturing the cells. The sheet-shaped cell culture is produced by the method. The culture substrate coated with the serum usable for the method, the method for producing the culture substrate and the production kit are also provided.
