PURPOSE: A hydroponic cultivation method of an ice plant is provided to maximize the content of functional components of the ice plant by controlling the salinity. CONSTITUTION: A hydroponic cultivation method of an ice plant comprises the following steps: sewing seeds of the ice plant in holes of a urethane sponge； supplying a non-salt nutrient solution to the ice plant after transplanting to a first planting plate at 26-34 deg C when the ice plant has 2-5 leaves； and secondly planting the ice plant to a second planting plate with the wider interval of the holes.
