The invention provides a culture method and a culture facility for spout vegetable seedling in mass production. The culture method includes the processes of seed selection, seed immersion, cultivation and harvest. The cultivation process includes the steps of: placing the seeds in a plurality of culture boxes and vertically stacking the culture boxes placing the stacked culture boxes in a culture room regularly watering the seeds to sufficiently supply water to each of the seeds and naturally growing the seeds without adding any growth agents to obtain a healthy spout vegetable in mass production. The culture facility includes a culture box and cover plate provided with symmetrical handles, in which one of the handles is formed with a round hole. The culture box includes a periphery, ventilation holes, straight-line holes, and an overflow pipe. In the culture box, the ventilation holes are utilized to adjust temperature therein, the straight-line holes are utilized to facilitate water effluence to prevent cultured objects from being rotted due to stagnated water and jammed holes, and the overflow pipe having a height lower than the periphery (about one-third of the periphery) is utilized to facilitate excessive water effluence while adding water and is allowed to pass through the round hole formed on the handle of the cover. Accordingly, the culture facility can be equilibratorily held due to the handles of the cover plate, and an excellent growth environment for the cultured objects can be obtained.本發明係提供一種芽菜苗量產培育方法及設備,該方法包括有:選種、浸種、栽培及收成,又該栽培過程進一步包含有:放入培育箱,並將多個培育箱層疊成一直立狀;放入培育室,將層疊之多個培育箱放入培育室內;定時澆水,澆水時須讓每顆種子皆有水分充分供應到;自然成長;藉此無需添加任何生長劑,而能獲致量產之健康芽菜。該培育設備包括有培育箱及蓋板,該培育箱包含:通風孔,調節培育箱內之溫度;直線孔,以利水流出,不會因積水使培育物腐爛,且能避免阻塞孔洞;溢水管,比培育箱之周邊矮(約1/3)之高度設計,以利加水時,多餘的水能流出;該蓋板則具有對稱之把手,以利均衡拿起,且其中一把手處設一圓孔,能穿過溢水管;藉此提供培育物之最佳生長環境。
