The present invention relates to an assembly type hanging flower rack, mainly comprising a hanging board, two side boards and a supporting board. The hanging board is opened with two hanging holes and two assembly holes individually. The two side boards, which are respectively connected to both sides of the hanging board, are mutually arranged in parallel. The supporting board, which is connected to a bottom of the hanging board and bottoms of the two side boards, is slantedly arranged and opened with a water-conducting hole. A water-collecting region is surroundingly formed by the hanging board, the two side boards and the supporting board. The supporting board is further provided with a guide portion which is configured on the bottom thereof and an edge of the water-conducting hole for guiding the water to downwardly flow. In this invention, several flower racks can be combined to hang on a wall surface, water can be filled into the water-collecting region of a top flower rack, and then the filled water can be downwardly flowed by gravity effect when overflowing into the water-conducting hole of the supporting board.
