Disclosed is a non-powered artificial recharge system for water-film water for use in a water film cultivation house facility. The disclosed artificial recharge system for water-film water comprises: a water collection channel which connects a plurality of water film cultivation house facilities into one, and in which water-film water used in each of the water film cultivation house facilities gathers to flow a water collection manhole which gathers the water-film water flowing along the water collection channel to supply the water-film water to the underground an underground flow pipe which allows the water-film water supplied through the water collection manhole to flow through the underground a recharge hole which is connected to a terminal end of the underground flow pipe and recessed in the ground to a fixed depth to recharge the water-film water flowing along the underground flow pipe and a supply hole to which the water-film water recharged to the underground through the recharge hole is supplied through an aquifer, and which re-supplies the water-film water to the water film cultivation house facilities.
