PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a nutrient solution for plant cultivation using organic matters, and to provide a hydroponic method for cultivating plants while adding the organic matters directly to the nutrient solution.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a biomineral inclusion includes constructing a microbial ecosystem necessary to stably making the organic matters inorganic by adding the organic matters to water gradually or all at once and fermenting. The hydroponics method includes cultivating the plants while adding the organic matters directly to the nutrient solution, using the biomineral inclusion obtained by the method as at least a portion of the nutrient solution.
