The present invention relates to sugar flakes and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: dissolving sugar in water of 50-70°；C； drying the dissolved sugar water for 3-5 hours in a vacuum state； sorting the dried flakes by particle size using an oscillating sorter； and packing the sorted flakes in transparent packages by size. By means of the present invention, flakes are produced using various ingredients, so that men and women of all ages can select and consume the same by favor. The flakes are sorted by particle size so that products having various particle sizes can be produced, thereby arousing interest for flakes and promoting consumption.본 발명은 슈가 후레이크 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 설탕을 50~70℃의 물에 용해시키는 단계와, 상기 용해된 설탕물을 3~5시간 동안 진공 건조하는 단계와, 상기 진공 건조된 후레이크를 진동 선별기를 이용하여 입자의 크기별로 선별하는 단계와, 상기 크기가 선별된 후레이크를 크기별로 투명 포장용품에 포장하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 의하면, 다양한 재료를 이용하여 후레이크를 제조함으로써, 남녀노소 누구나 기호에 따라 선택하여 섭취할 수 있으며, 후레이크의 입도를 선별하여 다양한 입도를 갖는 상품을 생산함으로써, 후레이크에 대한 흥미를 유발하여 그 소비를 촉진시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
