An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising: a synthetic nucleotide sequence from Brassica that encodes a peptide containing the continuous amino acid sequence of the first Brassica chloroplast transit peptide, the peptide further comprising a continuous amino acid sequence of the second chloroplast transit peptide. 2. The isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 1, further comprising a nucleotide sequence of interest that is operably linked to a synthetic nucleotide sequence from Brassica. 3. The isolated nucleic acid molecule according to claim 1, characterized in that the first Brassica chloroplast transit peptide originates from Brassica napus or Brassica rapa. 4. The isolated nucleic acid molecule according to claim 3, wherein the second chloroplast transit peptide originates from a different Brassica species than the first Brassica chloroplast transit peptide. The isolated nucleic acid molecule according to claim 1, characterized in that the first Brassica chloroplast transit peptide originates from the 3-enolpyruvyl chicimate-5-phosphate synthetase gene. The isolated nucleic acid molecule according to claim 1, characterized in that the second chloroplast transit peptide originates from the 3-enolpyruvyl-shikimate-5-phosphate synthetase gene. The isolated nucleic acid molecule according to claim 1, characterized in that the peptide is at least 80% identical to the chloroplast transit peptide selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 3 and 4.8.
