An isolated nucleic acid molecule, comprising: a nucleotide sequence encoding a synthetic chloroplast transit peptide, which is derived from a reference nucleotide sequence obtained by alignment of 5-enolpyruvilshikimate-3-phosphate synthase (EPSPS) enzymes. 2. The isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 1, further comprising a nucleotide sequence of interest that is operably linked to a nucleotide sequence encoding a synthetic chloroplast transit peptide. The isolated nucleic acid molecule according to claim 1, wherein the reference nucleotide sequence obtained by aligning the enzymes 5-enolpiruvilshikimat-3-phosphate synthase (EPSPS) is isolated from species selected from the group consisting of Brassica species, Glycine species, Arabidopsis species and species of Duneila. 4. The isolated nucleic acid molecule according to claim 1, wherein the reference nucleotide sequence obtained by aligning the polypeptides is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1-10.5. The isolated nucleic acid molecule according to claim 1, wherein the synthetic chloroplast transit peptide is at least 80% identical to the chloroplast transit peptide with SEQ ID NO: 11.6. The isolated nucleic acid molecule according to claim 5, wherein the synthetic chloroplast transit peptide is at least 85% identical to the chloroplast transit peptide with SEQ ID NO: 11.7. The isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 6, wherein the synthetic chloroplast transit peptide is at least 90% identical to the chloroplast transit peptide with SEQ ID NO: 11.8.
