The present invention relates to a method for producing gangjeong using enzyme and, more specifically, to a method for producing gangjeong using enzyme, which can eliminate inconvenience of cooking or visiting a restaurant in order to take enzyme food formally by mixing brown rice enzyme powder or the like with grain syrup and using the mixture in the manufacture of gangjeong, and which enables a consumer to easily enjoy gangjeong together with coffee, tea, etc. for snack or dessert as well as to take the nutrients of enzyme, five grains and nuts simply and pleasantly by taking enzyme in the form of gangjeong for dessert or snack anytime anywhere instead of taking monotonous enzyme granule products inconveniently, thereby feeling the taste of gangjeong even while taking the nutrients of enzyme and the nutrients of nuts or five grains at the same time, and conveniently consuming the gangjeong, escaping from a traditional method of taking enzyme and nuts respectively.
