The present disclosure provides an electric plant-protection drone capable of adding water and no pesticide, which comprises an electric drone, an airborne power supply module, an airborne oxygen generation module, an airborne solution preparation module and an aerial spraying module. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages: (1) the present disclosure achieves "self preparing and self spraying" and "preparing while spraying" of a plant protection agent, and provides a new breakthrough type production operation mode in the aerial plant protection field； (2) the "agent" utilized by the present disclosure only is the ozone aqueous solution having a strong control effect, and the preparation raw material only comprises air and water, which completely abandons various conventional market pesticides adopted by the existing operation mode, thereby achieving the real "non-pesticide" aerial control operation from the source； and (3) after the present disclosure achieves broad-spectrum, powerful and quick contact toxicity on the agricultural and forest harmful microorganisms and a part of pests with the help of ozone, residual ozone in the aqueous solution can be spontaneously decomposed to be oxygen harmless to the human and animal within a short time at room temperature and atmospheric pressure so as to radically achieve the real "no-pesticide-residue" aerial control operation.
