PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which can be prevented from deformation in shape, and prevents cooling effects from being localized.SOLUTION: The cooling device to be used by wounded around users neck includes: an outer bag 1 being bent arcuately and formed into a strip shape an inner bag connected body 2 formed by connecting a plurality of inner bags each containing a coolant in a longitudinal direction of the outer bag via coupling portions and contained in this state in the outer bag.
