According to the present invention, a neck exercising instrument comprises: a support means comprising a tube which is curved when viewed from above, has a shape whose one portion is opened to enclose a neck, and is compressed when the next is pushed and bent in a rear direction or many directions, an air injector installed to inject air into the tube, and an auxiliary member of a spherical shape held between the neck and the chest； a handle unit fixed on the front end of both sides of the support means and extended in front of the neck to be gripped by a hand； and a notifying means having a pressure display or a speaker to measure a pressure in the tube or a compressed pressure to notify the pressure to check the pressure with eyes or ears.상기된 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명에 따른 목운동 기구는, 목을 감싸도록 평면상 곡선이면서 일부위가 개방된 형상이고, 목을 후방 또는 여러 방향으로 밀거나 젖혔을 때 압축되는 튜브와, 튜브에 공기를 주입하도록 설치된 공기 주입기와 목과 가슴 사이에 파지하는 구 형상의 보조부재를 구비한 지지수단； 지지수단의 양측 선단 부위에 각각 고정되면서 손으로 파지할 수 있도록 목 앞으로 연장된 손잡이부； 튜브의 내부 압력 또는 압축된 압력을 측정하여 눈 또는 귀로 확인할 수 있도록 알려주기 위한 압력표시기 또는 스피커를 구비한 알림수단；을 포함하여 이루어지도록 한 것이다.
