Device includes closed area made with possibility of domestic animals arrangement, and domestic animals cooling system. Cooling system comprises plurality of cooling units made with possibility to generate cooling medium flow, which either directly, or indirectly facilitates cooling of animals. Device also includes control unit made with possibility to control cooling units operation. Closed area for animals arrangement is equipped with entrance in one end and exit in other end. At that, closed area is provided with element, which is made with possibility to move in direction from entrance to exit and thus allow or make animals move in specified direction inside said closed area. Plurality of cooling units is divided into at least two separate sub-groups of cooling units. Each subgroup covers at least part of closed area and contains at least one cooling unit.
