Disclosed are a drying system for a food drier and a food drying method using the same. According to the present invention, the drying system for a food drier includes: an input unit inputting the set temperature, set time, and set mode of a heater； a display unit displaying the set temperature, set mode, and set time of the input unit； a fan driving motor driven by an input signal from the input unit； a fan blowing air while being mounted on the shaft of the fan driving motor； the heater which is installed to be spaced apart from the fan while being heated up to the set temperature by executing on and off operations periodically； a heating temperature sensor sensing the temperature while being arranged around the heater； a heater cover which is installed on the upper part of the heater to protect the fan and heater and has circulation holes and supply holes； a drying table arranged on the heater cover； a circulation temperature sensor which senses the temperature of the air circulating from the supply hole to the circulation hole of the heater cover through the drying table； and a control unit which determines a drying degree from the temperature data from the heating temperature sensor and the circulation temperature sensor. According to the present invention, the circulation temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the air circulating around the heater is installed to execute a precise drying operation and actively determine the drying degree regardless of the time setting of a user in an automated mode, thereby enhancing user convenience.
