The neck cooling bag is provided with a bag body 2 formed substantially in the form of a bag in which a cold holding member can be built, and has a length capable of forming a loop around the neck, and a coupling portion 3 and a bonded portion 4 which are connectable to both ends of the bag body at both ends in the length direction.
