PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which can efficiently prevent a liquid from remaining or returning on a surface sheet, hardly causes stuffy state, and can recover and hold absorbency by quickly handling the excretion of body liquid even if a large amount of the liquid is suddenly excreted.SOLUTION: The oblong absorbent article has a front surface sheet, a rear surface sheet and an absorbent body.
