<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a microneedle-like body which is suitable for mass production and which has a sharp tip and a thick and strong root, and to provide a method for manufacturing the needle-like body and the needle-like body. <；P>；SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the microneedle-like body comprises: a step of applying a positive photoresist on a substrate； a step of performing patterning processing to the positive photoresist using a mask having an opening part； a step of forming a filling layer at the patterned positive photoresist； and a step of exfoliating the filling layer.
