<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing a cosmetic product which can accurately form a pattern required on the surface of the cosmetic product, an apparatus for manufacturing the cosmetic product, and the cosmetic product on the surface of which the pattern or the like required is accurately formed. <；P>；SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing has a laser beam transmitter for cutting a molded article prepared by molding a cosmetic product material into a specified shape into part bodies with specified shapes, a laser beam transmitter supporting part which supports the laser beam transmitter and freely changes a laser beam irradiating position in a specified range, and transferring means for transferring the part body to a required position within the specified range. The method for manufacturing has the part body forming process in which the molded articles are each irradiated with the laser beam to cut it into a required shape and to form a plurality of the part bodies, and the fitting and arranging process in which a plurality of the part bodies are each fitted and arranged so as to turn them into a specified pattern in a receiving tray.
