A device and a method for fabricating a biosensor are disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, a device for fabricating a biosensor includes a laser source which generates a laser beam, a beam safer which changes a shape of the beam from the laser source corresponding to a pattern optical mirror, a transmission part which has the same size and same as a part which is excluded from an electrical pattern of a base substrate shape, and a pattern optical mirror having a reflection part.
