A neural probe structure includes a probe inserted into a living body and a magnetic field inducing body formed inside the probe. The magnetic field inducing body generates a magnetic field as power is supplied and applies a magnetic stimulus to a stimulus target part of the living body into which the probe is inserted. A method for manufacturing a neural probe structure includes the steps of: forming a first pattern on a first substrate and filling the first pattern with a conductor； laminating a second substrate on the first substrate； forming a second pattern connected to the first pattern on the second substrate and filling the second pattern with a conductor. The first substrate and the second substrate form the probe. The conductor of the first pattern and the conductor of the second pattern form the magnetic field inducing body. Accordingly, the present invention can collect a reaction signal.신경 탐침 구조체는 생체 내부로 삽입되는 탐침과, 상기 탐침의 내부에 형성되는 자기장 유도체를 포함하며, 상기 자기장 유도체는 전원이 공급됨에 따라 자기장을 발생시켜 상기 탐침이 삽입된 생체의 자극 대상 부위에 자기 자극을 가한다.이러한 신경 탐침 구조체의 제조 방법은 제1 기판에 제1 패턴을 형성하고, 상기 제1 패턴에 전도체를 충진하는 단계와, 상기 제1 기판 상에 제2 기판을 적층하는 단계와, 상기 제2 기판에 상기 제1 패턴과 연결되는 제2 패턴을 형성하고, 상기 제2 패턴에 전도체를 충진하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 제1 기판 및 상기 제2 기판은 상기 탐침을 이루고, 상기 제1 패턴의 전도체와 상기 제2 패턴의 전도체는 상기 자기장 유도체를 이룬다.
