PURPOSE: An automatic apparatus for pouring constant quantity of coagulant for production of soybean curd is provided to automatically inject coagulants of constant quantity. CONSTITUTION: A coagulant storage container stores coagulants injected from a coagulant inlet hole(4). A coagulant sensing sensor(2) senses an administration amount of coagulants. An agitator(5) prevents the precipitate of coagulants. A coagulant injection container(15) enables the injection of coagulants stored in the coagulant storage container through the operation of a coagulant pouring air cylinder(3). Automatic air valves(7)(8) are respectively installed at an inlet and outlet. A soybean milk collecting and uncurdled bean curd warming container(9) mixes soy bean milk. A soybean milk level device(11) detects the amount of soybean milk.본 발명은 두부제조시 두부를 응고하기 위하여 투입하는 응고제를 자동으로 정량 투입할 수 있도록 하기 위한 두부제조용 응고제 자동 정량 투입장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 응고제 투입구(4)로부터 응고제 저장통(1)으로 응고제가 투입되어 저장되다가 응고제유무감지센서(2)에 의해 응고제의 투입량이 충만한 것을 감지하게 되면 응고제 침전방지교반기(5)가 교반하여 응고제의 침전을 방지하게 되고, 응고제 투입 에어 실린더(14)의 동작에 의해 응고제 저장통(1)에 저장된 응고제가 응고제 주입통(15)에 주입되며, 응고제 주입통(15)으로부터 주입되는 응고제와 두유투입구로부터 주입되는 두유가 순두부보온통(9)에서 혼합되어 에어실린더(13)의 동작에 의한 교반기(10)의 회전으로 두부가 순간적으로 만들어지게 되는 것이다.
