PURPOSE: Bean curd using natural bittern and medical herbs, and a producing method thereof are provided to remove the usage of synthetic additives in the bean curd. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bean curd using natural bittern and medical herbs comprises the following steps: soaking soybeans in water before crushing with a crusher to obtain soymilk； diluting the soymilk with water to obtain 10%(w/v) diluted soymilk； heating the diluted soymilk at 100-103 deg C, and filtering the soymilk before resting at room temperature and cooling at 70-85 deg C； mixing natural bittern forming herbs and sourness controlling herbs； adding water to the herb mixture for extracting for 10-24 hours, and filtering and centrifugal separating to obtain the natural bittern and medical herb extracts； cooling the natural bittern and the medical herb extracts at 70-85 deg C: mixing the diluted soymilk, the natural bittern, and the medical herb extracts； and settling the mixture at room temperature to obtain the bean curd.
