The present invention relates to a method of cultivating mushrooms containing an effective component of mud and mushrooms cultivated through the method, capable of including an effective component in a mushroom by supplying water with diluted mud during a mushroom cultivation procedure. To achieve the purpose, the method includes: a mud powder preparation step of preparing mud powder； a spray liquid preparation step of making spray liquid by diluting the mud powder in water, which has been prepared through the mud powder preparation step； a mushroom cultivation step of cultivating mushrooms by using a log mushroom cultivating method of forming seed holes on logs and putting seeds into the holes or a container mushroom cultivating method of making a culture medium including sawdust and filling a container with the culture medium； and a spraying step of spraying the spray liquid, which has been prepared through the spray liquid preparation step, to mushrooms germinated through the mushroom cultivation step.본 발명은 버섯을 재배하는 과정에서 머드를 물에 희석하여 수분을 공급함으로써, 머드의 유효성분이 버섯에 포함되도록 하는 머드의 유효성분이 함유된 버섯 재배방법 및 그 방법으로 재배된 버섯에 관한 것이다.상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 머드의 유효성분이 함유된 버섯 재배방법은 머드 분말을 준비하는 머드분말 준비단계； 상기 머드분말 준비단계에서 준비된 상기 머드분말을 물에 희석하여 살수액을 제조하는 살수액 준비단계； 원목에 종균구멍을 형성하고 버섯 종균을 삽입하여 재배하는 원목재배방식 또는 톱밥을 포함한 배지를 제조하고 제조된 배지를 용기에 충진하여 재배하는 용기재배방식으로 버섯을 재배하는 버섯 재배단계； 및 상기 살수액 준비단계에서 준비된 살수액을 상기 버섯 재배단계에서 발아된 버섯에 살수하는 살수단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
