The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing mushroom mycelium using a culture medium containing buckwheat and barley, which comprises a step of cultivating by inoculating culture medium containing buckwheat and barley with the mushroom seeds, and a culture medium containing buckwheat and barley for cultivating mushroom mycelium.
