PURPOSE: The method for cultivating mushroom and the culture medium bag thereof is provided to comprise sterilized mushroom culture medium by simple, convenient way without additional boring process in the culture medium. CONSTITUTION: 2 bags which are consist of inner and outer bag are arranged after the culture medium is manufactured. The culture medium is inserted in a bag which has 2 layers. The bag which has 2 layers in which the culture medium is inserted is treated with high temperature sterilization in the high pressure. The mushroom seeds are inoculated to a sterilized culture medium and sealed. The inoculated mushroom seeds are cultivated inside the bag which has 2 layers. The outer bag is unsealed from the cultivated bag which has 2 layers, and the mushroom is came out from the boring hole of inner bag which is in the inside, and contained into the box from cultivation facility. In the culture medium inserting phase, the inner bag with boring is inserted inside the bag, the envelope type outer bag which accommodates the inner bag is prepared. The hole diameter which is punched in the inner bag is 2-8mm. [Reference numerals] (AA) Manufacturing medium； (BB) Inserting in a bag； (CC) Sterilization； (DD) Inoculating and suturing seed culture； (EE) Porus versicolor cultivation； (FF) Outer bag remove； (GG) Laying on cultivation phase본 발명은 버섯 재배방법 및 그에 의한 배지봉지에 관한 것으로, 특히, 본 발명은 원통 형상을 갖는 원통형 버섯배지의 외면에 버섯발이 공간 확보를 위한 버섯배지의 구조와 그에 의한 재배 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 주요 구성은, 배지를 제조하고, 내,외부봉지(10,11)로 이루어지는 2중 봉지를 준비하는 단계； 상기 배지를 2 중 봉지에 넣는 배지삽입단계； 배지가 투입된 2중 봉지를 고압하에서 고온멸균 처리하는 단계； 멸균처리된 배지에 버섯종균을 접종하고 봉하는 단계； 2중 봉지에 내장되어 접종된 버섯종균을 배양하는 단계； 배양된 2중 배지봉지의 겉에 있는 외부봉지(11)를 벗겨내어, 안쪽에 있는 내부봉지(10)에 천공된 구멍으로 버섯이 나오도록 하여 버섯재배사에서 입상하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 봉지배지 준비단계는, 봉지 안쪽에는 천공된 내부봉지(10)가 내장되고, 외측에는 내부봉지(10)를 수용하는 봉투형의 외부봉지(11)를 씌워서 봉지 배지를 준비하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 내부봉지(10)에 천공되는 구멍 직경은, 2~8mm 인 것을 특징으로 한다.
