PURPOSE: A production method of chicken jeong sauce using cheongyang pepper powder is provided to offer natural flavor of the cheongyang pepper powder to the sauce.CONSTITUTION: Starch syrup is measured and melted in a sauce oven. Garlic is coated by the melted starch syrup, and the mixture is boiled down for 30 minutes. The boiled down starch syrup mixture is diluted by adding other additives.
