PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus which enables those who do not have knowledge or experience about the apparatus to easily perform an examination.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: an optical system for performing an examination of an eye to be examined a processing unit 130 for generating examination data indicating a state of the eye to be examined by processing a result of the examination a storage unit 112 for storing setting information indicating a content of setting of a predetermined item related to the optical system and the processing unit and a control unit 110 for controlling the optical system and the processing unit based on the content of the setting indicated in the setting information in an examination executed before the setting information is changed or discarded. The storage unit stores in advance normal individual authentication information related to a normal subject who is permitted to undergo an examination using the apparatus. The ophthalmologic apparatus has an input unit for inputting individual authentication information to the control unit, and an authentication processing unit 134 for determining whether or not the individual authentication information input by the input unit matches with the normal individual authentication information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
