PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking training machine allowing movement in all directions including front/rear and right/left directions and preventing a fall during training.SOLUTION: The walking training machine includes an omnidirectional moving mechanism comprising omni wheels and achieving an omnidirectional moving function by an electric actuator a circular support part for supporting arms and elbows and a large-diameter circular member arranged below the support part. The support part is provided, in front, a lateral pair of bar-like grip parts for a walking trainee to grip with the right and left hands, and connected to the large-diameter circular member. The walking trainee is surrounded by the support part and the circular member to perform walking training without falling. Each of the support part and circular member includes two semicircular members arranged facing each other, and the two semicircular members are connected to each other at one ends by a hinge to form the circular support part or circular member. The rear side of the support part and circular member can be opened wide using the hinge, and the walking trainee enters the support part and the circular member from the open parts.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】前後左右を含めて、あらゆる方向に移動でき、かつ、訓練中での転倒を防止することができる歩行訓練機を提供すること。【解決手段】電動式アクチュエータにより全方向移動機能が実現されている、オムニホイールからなる全方向移動機構と、腕と肱を支える円形の支持部と、支持部の下方に配置された大径の円形部材とを有し、支持部は歩行訓練者が左右の手で把持できる左右一対の棒状把持部が前方に設けられ、大径の円形部材と連結され、歩行訓練者が支持部及び円形部材に囲まれて転倒せず歩行訓練でき、支持部及び円形部材が夫々対向して配置された2つの半円形の部材からなり、2つの半円形の部材は一方の端部同士が蝶つがいにより接続されて円形の支持部及び円形部材を形成し、蝶つがいを利用して支持部及び円形部材の後方を広く開けることができ、開けた部分から歩行訓練者が支持部及び円形部材内に入れる。【選択図】図1
