PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning endoscope in which an optical axis of an optical fiber is easily adjusted.SOLUTION: An optical scanning endoscope comprises: a cylindrical hold part a support part arranged inside the hold part a vibration part supported by the support part an optical fiber which is fitted to the vibration part and emits irradiation light from an incidence/emission end and paired pressing parts which position the support part inside the hold part, regulate movements of the support part in an axial direction by gripping the support part in the axial direction of the hold part, and stop movements of the support part in an axial orthogonal direction orthogonal to the axial direction by a friction force generated at a part in contact with the support part. In this structure, the support part is arranged with a clearance between itself and the hold part in the axial orthogonal direction. On a peripheral surface of the hold part, at least a tool insertion hole for inserting an adjustment tool which moves the support part in the clearance by giving an external force to the support part from outside of the hold part is formed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】光ファイバの光軸の調整が容易な光走査型内視鏡を提供する。【解決手段】光走査型内視鏡を、円筒状の保持部と、保持部内に配置された支持部と、支持部に支持された振動部と、振動部に取り付けられ、入出射端より照射光が射出される光ファイバと、保持部内における支持部の位置を決める一対の押さえ部であって、保持部の軸線方向において支持部を挟持することにより軸線方向における支持部の移動を規制すると共に、支持部を挟持し支持部と接触している箇所に生じる摩擦力により軸線方向と直交する軸線直交方向における支持部の移動を停止させる押さえ部と、から構成する。この構成において、支持部を、軸線直交方向において保持部との間にクリアランスを持たせて配置し、保持部の周面に、保持部の外側から支持部に外力を加えることにより支持部をクリアランス内で移動させる調整治具を挿入するための治具挿入孔を少なくとも一つ形成する。【選択図】図2
