The present invention discloses a method for producing dumplings using chrysanthemum petals. Specifically, the present invention discloses a method for producing dumplings which has lowered the degree of curing of dumpling by using chrysanthemum petals and has reduced odor and imperfection of meat such as pork used as a dumpling material and improved palatability.본 발명은 국화 꽃잎을 이용한 만두의 제조 방법을 개시한다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 국화 꽃잎을 이용함으로써 만두피의 경화되는 정도를 낮추고만두속 재료로 이용되는 돈육 등 육류의 이취 및 이미를 저감시킴과 함께 기호성도 향상된 만두의 제조 방법을 개시한다.
