CONSTITUTION: A producing method of knife cut noodles containing arrowroot and seafood comprises the following steps: mixing 60 parts of flour by weight, 22 parts of arrowroot powder by weight, 5 parts of cold noodle powder by weight, 5 parts of seafood powder by weight, 6 parts of sauce powder by weight, 0.5 parts of chicken feet by weight, 0.5 parts of radish by weight, 0.5 parts of seasoning material by weight, 0.5 parts of anchovy sauce by weight, and 0.5 parts of onion by weight; adding water to the mixture for kneading, and low temperature aging the dough at 5-10 deg.
