According to the present invention, a rotation-type garlic peeling apparatus comprises: a center upright axis arranged to be perpendicular to the ground； a support unit which encircles the center upright axis and has a plurality of discharge holes which are installed in a lower end portion separated from the ground at a certain distance, discharge garlic peel, and communicate with an upper portion； a rotation disk which is installed above the support unit to be able to be rotated, has a plurality of circular blades formed in an arc shape on a surface and enables inserted garlic to be placed and rotate thereon； a cylinder unit which is arranged to be able to be elevated on the rotation disk along the center upright axis on the rotation disk； an air blowing unit which is arranged on the cylinder unit and blows air to peel garlic arranged on the rotation disk； an insertion hopper which is installed above the cylinder unit and allows separated garlic to be inserted； a discharge conveyer which is installed on one side of the insertion hopper and discharges the peeled garlic in the direction of an outlet； and a control unit which elevates the cylinder unit and operates needed components. As damage to garlic, caused by impact or friction when garlic is peeled, is prevented, quality of the peeled garlic becomes excellent. At the same time, peeling efficiency of garlic, which is automatically peeled, is significantly increased.
