The present invention relates to a terraced agricultural product skin peeling device for automatically peeling the skin of agricultural products, such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, and chestnuts, which have outer skin. More specifically, multiple skin peelers are linearly installed, and a rotation disc of a skin peeler installed at the foremost side is installed at the highest position. A rotation disc of a skin peeler installed at the rear side of the rotation disc at the foremost side is installed to have a height which becomes gradually lower. An outlet of a skin peeler installed in a front side is installed to face and to be higher than a skin peeler installed in a rear side. An agricultural product is transferred between neighboring skin peelers by using centrifugal force of the rotation discs and gravity occurring by a difference between the heights of the outlet and an inlet.본 발명은 감자. 고구마. 밤 등과 같이 외피를 지니고 있는 농산물의 껍질을 자동으로 탈피시켜주는 껍질 탈피장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 다수 개의 껍질 탈피기를 일렬로 설치하되 가장 앞에 설치된 껍질 탈피기의 회전 원판은 가장 높은 위치에 설치하고 그 후방에 설치하고 껍질 탈피기의 회전 원판은 그 높이가 점차 낮아지게 설치하며, 전방에 설치된 껍질 탈피기의 배출구는 후방에 설치되는 껍질 탈피기보다 높게 설치하되 서로 마주보게 설치하여 상기 회전 원판의 심력과 상기 배출구와 투입구의 높이 차에 의한 중력을 이용하여 이웃하는 껍질 탈피기 사이에 농산물을 이송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계단식 농산물 껍질 탈피장치에 관한 것이다.
