The present invention relates to a garlic peeler, comprising: a body； a moving device installed in the body, and having a circulation belt connected to a circulation member at regular intervals and moving garlic and a circulation belt driving means for driving the circulation belt； a peeling device installed in the body, and having a frame for providing an air pressure through a compressor, a rotating means installed at one side of the frame, and a spraying means for spraying the air pressure provided from the compressor toward the garlic moved along the circulation belt while being rotated by the rotating means； and a suction device installed on a lower portion of the body, and having a moving belt for moving garlic skin which is peeled by the air pressure and falls downward, a moving belt driving means for driving the moving belt, and a suction means for sucking the garlic skin at an end of the moving belt and discharging the garlic skin to the outside.
