PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device for a working vehicle which can avoid the damage or the like of an O-ring by regulating the displaceable movement of a pressing piston while using a slide bearing.SOLUTION: A transmission device for a working vehicle comprises: a drive-side clutch body 87 a driven-side clutch body 86 energization means for elastically pressing the driven-side clutch body 86 to an engagement side at which the driven-side clutch body is made to approximate the drive-side clutch body 87 and a pressing piston 101 for operating the driven-side clutch body 86 to an engagement-release side at which the driven-side clutch body separates from the drive-side clutch body 87.
