PURPOSE: A peeling device of a disk type bulb peeling apparatus is provided to enable users to easily produce a receiving container and a rotary disk forming the peeling device. CONSTITUTION: A peeling device of a disk type bulb peeling apparatus comprises the following: a main body(20) combined to a lid(28) with an inlet(29)； a partition plate(21) installed inside the main body； a rotary disk(30) extrude-molded with a synthetic resin； a connection tube body(32) installed on the center of the main body； a plant unit and an inclined protrusion unit installed around the connection tube body； protrusions(43) installed on the plant unit and the inclined protrusion unit with the constant intervals； a reinforcing protrusion piece installed on the bottom of the main body； and a receiving container(40) installed on the upper side of the main body.본 발명은 감자, 고구마, 당근 등과 같은 구근류의 껍질틀 탈피시키기 위한 탈피장치의 개량에 관한 것으로서, 특히 구근류의 껍질탈피를 위한 디스크형 회전원판과 원통형의 수장통 제작이 신속용이하도록 할 뿐 아니라, 위생적이면서 효과적인 탈피가 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다.상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은 구동모터에 의해 수장통 하단에 위치하는 회전원판이 회전하면서 수장통 내에 채워진 구근이 탈피케 한 구근탈피기의 탈피장치를 구성하되, 상기 회전원판을 합성수지로 사출형성하되, 회전원판을 구성하는 본체에 평면부와 경사돌출부를 교호로 구성하고, 상기 평면부 및 경사돌출부에는 등간격으로 돌부를 돌출구성하고, 수장통 역시 합성수지로 사출성형하거나 스테인레스판재로 구성하되, 수장통 내측에 침상형의 돌부가 등간격으로 돌출구성되게 한 것이다.
