PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Uroplakin expression promoting agents that accelerate the expression of Uroplakin in bladder epithelial cells as well as agents for prevention or improvement of vesicoureteral reflux as a means for administration thereof.SOLUTION: The invention provides a Uroplakin expression promoting agent comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of rosmarinic acid or a salt thereof, ferulic acid and a salt thereof and cumaric acid and a salt thereof as an active component.
