PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe agent for preventing and ameliorating wrinkles, having an excellent inhibitory effect on wrinkle appearance and an excellent ameliorating effect on wrinkles.SOLUTION: The agent for preventing and ameliorating wrinkles comprises one or more compounds selected from the group selected from the group consisting of a specific aminosulfuric acid compound, namely 3-(cyclohexylamino)propanesulfonic acid and 3-(cyclohexylamino)-2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid and their salts.
