PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic which has effects for synthetically improving functions such as the contraction of pores and the prevention and improvement of skin roughness and effects for improving wrinkles and tension, and is superior in usability.SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic is characterized by including (A) one or more of D-amino acids, derivatives thereof, and/or salts thereof, and (B) one or more of β-alanine derivatives and salts thereof.
