PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat solidification-preventing agent for a milk-containing drink, can prevent quality deterioration such as occurrence of creaming in a milk-containing drink, oil and fat solidification, and flotation of oil drops, even in long term preservation in a wide temperature range from refrigerating to high temperature preservation, and to provide a milk-containing drink using the oil and fat solidification-preventing agent for a milk-containing drink.
SOLUTION: This oil and fat solidification-preventing agent contains polyglyceryl fatty acid ester which is obtained by esterifying fatty acid and polyglycerol having a hydroxyl value of &le1,200, and &ge50% of the first-grade hydroxyl group among all the hydroxyl groups, and also triglyceride monopalmitic acid ester.
