PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient rice seed disinfection operation.SOLUTION: In a raising seedling facility, a hot-water disinfection apparatus (19) is constituted: to transport a net bag in which the rice seeds are entered in a condition soaked in a hot-water disinfection tank (22) from a start end position to a terminal end position； to transport it after lifting and taking it out from the hot-water disinfection tank (22), and unloading it downward, in the condition soaked in a cool water tank (23), from the start end position to the terminal end position； and to supply it to the position of a truck (26) after lifting and taking it out from the cool water tank (23). The truck (26) has a structure to hang a plurality of net bags in which the disinfected rice seeds are entered by the plurality of hooks and the plurality of hooks are arranged up and down in the plurality of steps so that the ventilation spaces may be formed between net bags in each step.
