CONSTITUTION: A method for making health boiled rice comprises: a culturing original strain of Cordyceps militaris to prepare liquid spawn； a step of putting brown rice to a culture container； a step of adding water and sterilizing at 121°；C and high pressure for 30 minutes； a step of inoculating Cordyceps militaris culture medium and culturing at 20°；C for two months to form Cordyceps militaris fruit bodies； a step of freeze-drying Cordyceps militaris fruit bodies and adding 90% of water and boiling over 100°；C； and a step of packing Cordyceps militaris extract by vacuum.본 발명은 동충하초 자실체를 이용한 건강보양식밥 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 현미 배지를 조성하고, 상기 배지에서 배양한 동충하초 자실체를 물에 넣어 끓여 만든 엑기스를 밥을 지을 때 일정량을 넣어 보양식밥을 제공하며 본 발명에 따르면, 밀리타리스동충하초 원균을 평판 배양시킨 후 확대배양시킨 배양액을 만들고 이와 별도로, 1000mL배양용기에 현미를 넣은 후 동량의 물을 넣고, 고압 살균하여 멸균시킨 후 상기 밀리타리스동충하초 배양액을 접종시켜 배양하여 밀리타리스동충하초 자실체를 얻고 이를 물에 넣어 끓인 엑기스를 밥을 지을 때 넣어 보양식밥을 제조함으로서, 밀리타리스동충하초 자체가 가지고 있는 영양적 특성과 향미를 밥에 그대로 유지시킴으로써 일반 소비자에게 만족할 만한 건강보양식밥을 제공하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
