An object of the present invention is to provide a frozen confectionery material forming apparatus and a method for molding a frozen confectionery material, which can be continuously produced in a continuous molding of a concave portion of a frozen confectionery material in a molding die, and the molding process is also improved while improving production efficiency. The solution is a frozen sweet food forming device (10) in which a part of the frozen confectionery material (23) is continuously hardened into a hollow concave shape, and has a conveying means (11) for conveying a plurality of containers (21); and a frozen confectionery material (23) filling means (13) filled in the container (21); sequentially feeding and withdrawing into the frozen confectionery material (23) of the convex molding die (151) after cooling, so that the molding die (151) is surrounded a forming means (15) for hardening at least a part of the frozen sweet food material (23); and a refrigerant supply means (17) for supplying the refrigerant to the forming die (151), the forming die (151) is subjected to a predetermined amount of hardening for a predetermined time. The temperature is cooled to a predetermined temperature from the hardening of the first frozen confectionery material continuously conveyed to the hardening of the second frozen confectionery material.本發明的課題為提供一種冷凍甜食材成形裝置及冷凍甜食材成形方法,以成形模在冷凍甜食材連續成形凹部的場合,可連續地生產,一邊提升生產效率,一邊成形的加工也良好。其解決手段為使冷凍甜食材(23)的一部分連續硬化成中空的凹部形狀的冷凍甜食材成形裝置(10)中,具有:搬運複數容器(21)的搬運手段(11);將冷凍甜食材(23)填充至容器(21)內的填充手段(13);朝搬運冷卻後之凸狀成形模(151)的冷凍甜食材(23)內依序投入及抽出使得該成形模(151)周圍的冷凍甜食材(23)的至少一部分硬化的成形手段(15);及將冷媒供應成形模(151)的冷媒供應手段(17),成形模(151)是在預定時間一邊進行預定數量的硬化,一邊從連續搬運之第一冷凍甜食材的硬化到第二冷凍甜食材的硬化為止的期間冷卻至預定的溫度。
