PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee roasting apparatus for home use using a microwave oven.SOLUTION: The inside of a container and the whole of the inside of the lid are coated with a magnetic material and sintered, the ceramic is heated by a microwave of a microwave oven. The microwave of the microwave oven has a wavelength converted into infrared rays, far-infrared rays in the ceramic container, and roasts coffee bean in the inside of the ceramic container. The coffee bean is stirred and roasted with rotation of the coffee bean by installing a rotating fin 4 on the ceramic container 1 using a rotating axis 7 of a turn table in using a microwave oven of a model provided with the turn table.
