The present invention relates to a device for roasting and grinding coffee beans. A coffee bean drum (12) of the present invention allows coffee beans to be roasted therein, and the roasted coffee beans are transferred between an upper grinding blade (54) and a lower grinding blade (62) through a through-hole (14) of the coffee bean drum (12) so as to be ground. A gap between the upper grinding blade (54) and the lower grinding blade (62) is adjusted by using a knob (64). In the coffee bean drum (12), a stirring blade (40) is connected to a rotary shaft (30) rotated by a driving source (18), so as to be rotated. The rotation of the stirring blade (40) changes according to the rotational direction of the rotary shaft (30), and the through-hole (14) of the coffee bean drum (12) is opened and closed by the stirring blade (40) and a shaft vane (38) provided at the rotary shaft (30), according to the rotational direction of the rotary shaft (30). During roasting, the through-hole (14) is closed, and during grinding, the through-hole (14) is opened such that the coffee beans are transferred between the upper grinding blade (54) and the lower grinding blade (62). In the present invention, a heat source (26) for roasting the coffee beans emits far infrared rays. The present invention can roast and grind the coffee beans in one device, and facilitates the disassembly of the rotary shaft (30) and the lower grinding blade (62) so as to facilitate cleaning.
